Educational result is an important problem in the theory and practice of pedagogical research. Modernization higher professional education is based on the conceptual foundations of the phenomenon of educational outcomes, its pedagogical effect, the component composition, conditions and factors of development. In this article the authors propose the development of assessing the effectiveness formed by professional competence in project of PC-4 – «the ability to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the processes in the tourism industry», the student-master studying on specialties 100400 «Tourism». Card, passport and competence program – developed by some categories, which will help assess the performance of competence generated at the university graduate.

Shows the nature and dynamics of the dialectical contradiction between the quality and quantity of results as a University teacher with age. Developed functional different skill levels of scientific and educational processes of the University. The method of quantization of teaching, based on functional and structural adaptation of the educational process to the hierarchy of the content offered to students of the discipline. The proposed innovation allows the head of departments of universities to reformat and optimize staffing based on reconciliation of interests and functions of teachers of different ages and qualifications.

In recent years more and more the state and private efforts it is directed on modernization of domestic pharmaceutical branch, and in particular training of specialists of new type. Key stages in innovative development became accession of the Russian Federation to the Bologna declaration on uniform European space for the higher education in 2003, development of «Strategy of development of pharmaceutical industry of the Russian Federation for the period till 2020» in 2009 and approval of the statement of FGOS VPO in 060301 «Pharmacies» in 2011. Today such perspective directions as strengthening of a technological and methodological component of educational process (including introduction of systems of distance learning), strengthening of interaction of higher education institutions with the pharmaceutical enterprises and introduction of the new disciplines reflecting the stages of the address of medicines which are earlier not noted in educational process are allocated.

The process of target setting within the system of professional competences of primary school teacher

In the article there is the analytic investigation of the process of target setting within the system of professional competences of primary school teacher. There are the results of investigation of self-esteem of pedagogical activity of graduate pedagogical students and primary school teachers with working experience about 3 to 15 years aimed on the process of target setting. From the investigation’s data the author analyses the influence of teachers’ practical experience and professional competency on their professional self-esteem, reflection and ambitions of mastering their pedagogical qualification. In the end of the article there is the conclusion about the need of special training of future teachers according to the competence of target setting in the process of higher education and about the importance of the problem of target setting within the system of pedagogical qualification mastering for the primary school teachers.

The problem of transdisciplinarity research methodology education

Recognition of the development of the upbringing strategic priority requires qualitative changes in the system of upbringing that must be provided by updating pedagogical theory-based understanding of the capabilities and implementation of a trans-disciplinary approach. In the solution of complex multivariate problems, the author proposes to use transdisciplinarity transdisciplinary in the sense world picture, based on the philosophical premises of the unity of the world. This cognitive strategy allows you to shift the focus from knowledge of the structural and functional aspects of the system of upbringing on its quality, contributing to the development of the subjects of upbringing for harmony to oneself, society and nature. The author explores transdisciplinary discourses of the subject (person), language, method research upbringing, and then suggests possible directions transdisciplinary research upbringing. The author’s conclusion is that transdisciplinary perspective allows the researcher in solving pedagogical problems not to simplify them, writing in the scope of certain disciplines, paradigms, but considered in its entirety and complexity of existence and of the required quality is not limited by the requirements of social order.
