In the article, the future managers’ training process to management of employee’s labor behavior in conditions of Russian business school is disclosed. The efficiency of employees’ labor behavior provides organization’s competitiveness and effectiveness of economic transformations in Russia. The model of concept “Employee’s labor behavior” and the model of manager’s professional knowledge and skills necessary in management of employee’s labor behavior are suggested in the article.

The advantages and disadvantages of the new and old paradigm of education are analyzed, the comparative characteristics of the modern educational system and the post-Soviet education on the following indicators are carried out. The problems of the present system of education, the causes of the appearance of problems in education are described, and possible solutions are proposed.

Cluster interaction of schools and universities as an innovative mechanism for managing the quality of school education

The paper presents a project “Cluster of Quality” in the system of education of Perm Region aiming to consolidate schools around the university by the idea of improving the quality of general education and an integrated system for supporting the quality management system of education. Cluster interaction between schools and universities is seen as an innovative model for the management of the quality of education at the regional level.

The article is devoted to the consideration of improvement of the preparation of medical students for the future professional activity from the positions of the scientific and theoretical bases of bioethics. It is noted that one of the difficulties in learning bioethical norms by medical students in Russia is the lack of codified medical law. The authors come to the conclusion that it is necessary to include integrated bioethical training in the educational process in medical universities, as well as the introduction of advanced biomedical technologies and in-depth training in medical law.

Frontal system of education corresponds to classroom studies where all learners keep the same pace in advancement and learn the same material simultaneously. The frontal organization of education is considered as the main hindrance of individualization of education. It is validated that non-frontal education systems are a mechanism for ensuring a complete individualization of the educational process. System of collective learning according to individual programs means that students work in cooperation with other learners. Each of them have their individual learning program, and these are realized through learners’ interaction. The author considers such aspects of an individual educational program as its essence, time bounds, structure and formation procedures. The author describes three options of planning of collective classroom studies.

Article reveals the problem of transdisciplinary approach expediency in teacher training as one of new and perspective approaches in pedagogical education development. This approach orients modern education to be fundamental, higher, qualified and aimed to develop versatile and universal knowledge of every particular person, teacher, whose activity oriented to the solution of complex problems in “nature-human-society” system. Author suggests to use transdisciplinary approach in teacher training from this particular position, especially for northern schools as ethnocultural education is natural and cross-curriculum in origin. The ecological culture of the indigenous peoples of the Russian North has been worked out on the sensory perception and awareness of the nature’s animation. Ethno-pedagogical process of ecological education contributes to the awakening of the ethnoecological consciousness of pupils of primary classes; the developed criteria, indicators, levels of ecological upbringing of younger schoolchildren allow to control the process of ecological upbringing of children, to evaluate the results of pedagogical activity.
