Transformation of didactics. The emergence of hybrid intelligence as a stage in the creation of the Noosphere

Аннотация / Annotation:
The influence of artificial intelligence on the transformation of didactics is considered. The necessity of transition to noo didactics, a learning system based on neuroscience and adaptive AI technologies, is substantiated. Special attention is paid to the Noosphere, the realm of the mind, where AI acts as a tool for storing and processing knowledge, and humans as a generator of new ideas. This synthesis forms a hybrid intelligence capable of taking education to a new level, but requires overcoming social and ethical challenges.

Special attention is paid to the need for pedagogical support provided by mentoring teachers. Support includes the constant joint design of students’ actions aimed at mastering the educational material.

The study examines the impact of copyright on the dissemination of educational innovations within the context of education digitalization. Based on the analysis of domestic research, key conditions for effective innovation activity (personal, organizational, methodological) are systematized, with a specific focus on the dual role of copyright (stimulating and constraining). Practical experience in developing and transferring a system for managing intellectual property rights is presented; it demonstrates how rights management facilitates innovation activity.
