A problem of implementation of a competence approach in higher professional education is considered in the article. For representation of a nature of competence all competence-oriented programs should be based on interdisciplineary principle. Forms of interdisciplinary component, which help to form necessary competences and support transition to a competence educational paradigm, are proposed.
