A modern situation in a sphere of professional natural protection education is analyzed in the article. Actuality of adoption of a discipline ‘Environment Protection’ is reasoned. Specifics and conceptual approaches to development of contents and appropriate federal state educational standards for higher and secondary professional education are set. A place of standards of initial professional education within the system of continuous professional training in a field of environment protection is determined.

Concepts of categories ‘intelligence’ and ‘culture’ with orientation on modern engineering graphic students’ training, intelligent and cultural potential of which is based on inclusion of constructing and graphic modules of automated design systems, are considered in the article. Information and technically modernized graphic students’ training in technical universities gives real possibilities for personal development of future specialists, whose intelligent and culture should accord to a historic moment of social development with accent on classical values and contents. Therefore a high level of probability of development of these personal qualities of future specialists in a process of graphic training should be included into an educational environment; and it enables to support accordance the results with the set goals.
