Nature of social and cultural type of foreign language education is represented in the article; its purposes, contents, a type of communication dominating in an educational process, character of inclusion of education into a system of public relations are shown. Design of linguistic educational process is considered through a prism of social and cultural experience existing in educational programs, which contain final requirement for competences and qualities of a graduate and meet real needs of a society in various specialists.

There is a term ‘subjectivity’ in didactics, which is traditionally related to contents of education in particular to subjects included in a curriculum. Discovery of types of scientific rationality as specific methods of thinking of reality, and variety of of methodological approaches to forecasting of development of education are shown, and it is followed by arising of a new sense in contents of a concept ‘subjectivity’ (for example ‘subjectivity of education’). It is necessary to determine methodological fundamentals of subjectivity of education in order to find its place in didactics focusing on theoretical and regulatory functions of didactic knowledge.

A problem of academic dishonesty (cheating, plagiarism, and prompting) is considered in the article. History of its development from ancient times to nowadays is represented in brief. It is shown that the legislative measures, including a series of penalties, can’t solve this problem. Some new forms of lessons and assignments with "built-in" means to counteract academic dishonesty in combination with legislative measures enable to eliminate cheating, prompting and plagiarism at universities.

A process of development of an ability to manage emotional states by military men should include a series of sequential considered actions such as realizing emotions and followed physiological reactions, determining basic emotions, stimulating a necessary emotion, decreasing a level of emotional impulses, fixation of emotional state for a set time, voluntary control over intensity of emotions, exchanging one emotional state to another. Main emotional states are developed in training of readiness to conduct servicing tasks by using individual mental and physical training according to the schedule: fear, anger, joy, muse, anxiety. The experiment conducted by the author shows relevance of the given method of military men’s training.
