The article presents the results of the analysis of the current initiatives being implemented in Russia with regard to the system of highly skilled workforce training. The article is based on the results of the analysis of normative and legal acts of the federal level, the texts of speeches by the heads of federal authorities, as well as on the results of interviews with the initiators of changes and representatives of initiative groups.

The rapid growth of competition compositions in sports acrobatics at the expense of the inclusion complex and complicated elements often leads to significant number of mishaps. The article discusses the issues of injuries in pair-group acrobatics. On the basis of the questionnaire was determined by the most loaded links of the musculoskeletal acrobats a variety of roles, established peaks in injuries depending on age and sports skills, as well as the causes of injury in acrobats.
