In 2017 in Russia it was continued work on the implementation of mechanism of state financial support of innovations in the general education system. 69 Russian schools received state grants for implementation their projects on reconstruction of existing and creation of new technologies and content of education and upbringing. The article presents key outcomes and the most striking results of grant support of school innovations, which influenced the development of the general education system

The article deals with the problem of preparing demanded graduates of engineering universities for TOSER in Russia. The example of TOSER «JURGA» shows approaches aimed at identifying key competencies through the study of the views of stakeholders of enterprises that received the status of TOSER residents. An analysis of the educational cluster for the possibility of graduate training was conducted. An adaptive system for training graduates of engineering universities for TOSER «YURGA» has been developed.

Features and methods of teaching the terminological vocabulary to foreign medical students as subjects of educational and professional activity are analyzed with regard to psycholinguistic features of students (emotions, motivation, personality) and national and cultural features of communicative activity. This explains the need to address the methodological issues of teaching the metalanguage of medicine with regard to psycholinguistic features.
