The article discusses modern approaches to determining the personal brand of a university teacher. The features of the formation of a personal brand of a teacher for the target audience – the professional educational community are revealed. Objective and subjective factors determining individual strategies of teachers for the formation of a personal brand are highlighted. The author’s version of teacher segmentation is proposed depending on the level of formation of a personal brand.

The following problem of the education system is fixed in the article – it is not a guide of the younger generation to the sphere of spiritual culture. A new approach to school education is proposed, which organizes the situation of value self-determination of the subjects of education to the problematic situation in which the authors of knowledge found themselves. The basic principles of the educational process are described, the prospects for mastering the proposed humanitarian methodology for the development of the school education system are shown.

The article analyzes the reasons that objectively make it difficult for graduates to enter the labor market, the negative consequences of non-employment of young specialists. The author’s interpretation of the theoretical understanding of the phenomenon of social and pedagogical assistance to the employment of university graduates from the standpoint of new semantic reference points (subjectivity, facilitation, partnership), strategies, concepts of teacher-facilitators, setting the regulation of the productive primary entry of students into the labor market, is given.
