Legal and pedagogical aspects of the development of individual curricula in modern higher education

Аннотация / Annotation:
The article is devoted to the study of legal and pedagogical aspects of the development of individual educational plans (IEP) in the modern system of higher education. Particular attention is paid to the practical experience of implementing IEP. Based on the conducted research, the key advantages of IEP and the main problems of their implementation were identified, and ways to optimize the process of implementing IEP were proposed.

The article identifies the problems of the new certification system, provides explanations on controversial issues, and develops unified certification criteria. The implementation of these changes will allow teachers to determine their compliance with the requirements for the category, which is not only permanent but also affects the growth of their salary and status.

The linguodidactic potential of authenic texts of economic discourse

This article explores the concept of economic discourse and the role of specialized terminology in economic texts. The notions of term and terminological system are defined, and the main word-formation methods of economic terms are briefly described. A linguodidactic model for working with an authentic text is proposed. In conclusion, results are summarized and conclusions drawn on the advisability of integrating authentic economic texts into economists students teaching practice.

The article presents a comparative analysis of the moral and ethical positions of students from the pediatric and medical faculties of a medical university regarding reproductive behavior. The differences in attitudes towards abortion, IVF, and surrogacy were identified. Pediatricians are more conservative in protecting the life of a child, while medical students are more concerned with the freedom of adults. The article also explores the dynamics of the formation of ethical attitudes during the educational process, indicating the “moral maturation” of students towards their senior years.
