Experience of project group of the Department of Applied Ecology of Russian University of Peoples’ Friendship for development of educational innovation complex is considered in the article. Master program of HSE-management (job safety and production and ecological security management) is based on combination of traditional technologies and educational methods through usage of components of virtual deep study of professional environment. The program was created on the basis of experience of leading universities of the USA, the Great Britain and Australia. Special characteristics of the program are demands and requirements of potential employers for a level of professional competences of graduates (first of all in a field of oil and gas complex). The created educational complex is a unique one in Russia.
