Аннотация / Annotation:
A new field of pedagogic knowledge such as infolinguistic system of development of intelligent and creative abilities of students in a higher school is analyzed in the article. A conceptual basis of development of an innovative system is, on the one hand, a direction to development of a secondary language IT-person, and, on the other hand, development of properties of system and forecasting thinking through mastering of educational technologies of problem-solving and its methodological instruments. A disciplinary core of the system is a course of foreign language, which determines a strategy of activity oriented on development of intelligent and creative abilities of young people in a process of their inclusion into a social polycultural dimension.
