An innovative approach to organization of training of teachers for supplementary education of children in a paradigm of tutor practices is represented in the article. Main ideas of subject-to-subject interaction between a tutor and a teacher are set. Natural specifics of professional teachers’ training as a tutoring practice are shown. Main characteristics of a tutor position in relation to a child that are developed through tutoring practices are represented. Cases of work of specialists in training of teachers for supplementary education of children are considered.

Computer technologies provide the greatest didactic abilities and they enable a teacher to represent on a lesson an effect of contact with a communicative environment and to se this situation as a basis during training dialog.
