Аннотация / Annotation:
In the article the necessity in professionally-oriented language training of graduates on technical high school is discussed. On the basis of the experience of conducting of elective complex “Additional chapters of mathematics”, “Additional chapters of physics” the most important principles were formulated. They allowed the maintaining these courses, upgrading and improving them, without altering their content and disturbing the logical connection between them for many years. This provides an adequate perception of the physical, chemical, mathematical concepts, laws, and their successful application in practice.

The article presents the analysis of the basis and the features of goal-setting of education competence oriented system (ECOS). The use of Foresight methodology in education is one of the main points of the article. The ultimate goal is seen as an entire competence image of a graduating student. The goal is prognosticated with the use of foresight methods, the method of expert panels, in particular. There are also principles of managing education process with the use of formalized competence model.

Moral-ecological identity of the subject of General education: a dichotomous analysis of the term

Moral-ecological meaning of innovation in General education is greening and humanization to facilitate the adoption of education new meanings and values interactions with nature. The formation of moral-ecological identity of students allows to achieve a personal result. Lack of scientific clarity in understanding the moral-ecological identification and identity actualized the problem of methodologists cal analysis of these concepts. Dichotomous analysis allowed us to highlight the dyad “identification-dis-identification” in the context of the generic term “ecological self-consciousness.” The use of ternary approach gave a systematic Foundation in the definition of the essential characteristics of concepts.

Conducted comparative analyses the requirement of motivational attitudes of prospective foster (replace-ing) parents and practicing psychologists.
