International studies show that schools are often unable to cope with their own systemic problems on their own. One of the effective ways to help the school can be its partnership with organizations of higher pedagogical education, the basis of which can be the professional development of educational workers, implemented in a project form and in order to develop and support a series of school projects. The article describes the experience, content and structure of such cooperation.

Barriers on the Way of ICT Usage in the Subjective Assessment of Medical University Teachers

The article actualizes the problem of the reasons for holding back the pace of application of information and communication technologies (ICT) in the educational process of a medical university. It was revealed that the majority of respondents have a positive attitude towards the idea of using ICT. They associate the main barriers to the use of ICT with the human factor, i.e. insufficient motivation and training of teaching and managerial personnel to solve this scientific and practical problem.

The article provides a comparative analysis of the four most common systems for digitalization of the learning process. The study showed that the Russian market of educational platforms continues to develop and offers education a worthy choice of domestic products.

It is shown how the language and educational policy of the Ukrainian leadership, aimed at gradual discrimination of the Russian language and the population, led to the polarization and division of Ukrainian society along ethnic and linguistic lines and provoked the armed conflict of Ukraine.
