Formation of teachers’ readiness for blended learning in the context of digital transformation of the university

Аннотация / Annotation:
In the conditions of digital transformation of the educational process, the promising competence of teachers is readiness for professional activity in conditions of mixed learning. Based on the results of an empirical study, the deficits of professional competencies of a higher school teacher in the context of the introduction of e-learning and the use of distance learning technologies have been identified and a program has been developed to increase the level of the required readiness.

Introduction of Immersive Technologies in High School in the Context of Digital Transformation of Education

The article considers the processes of digital transformation of education that accompany the development and integration of immersive technologies in education. The author specifies the concept of «immersive learning technologies». An online survey was conducted to identify the readiness of students – future teachers to use immersive technologies in teaching (n=105). A number of questions made it possible to identify key strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, which became the basis for the SWOT analysis presented in the article.

The distinctive feature of practical training of students of the Ural Institute of the State Fire Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia as compared to civilian universities, implementing programs on a fire profile, is considered in the article. The author describes the process of organizing and conducting fire-fighting tactical drills by the graduates of the institute and the formation of professional competencies necessary in their future professional activities in the field of ensuring fire safety.

Changes in the modern financial system require an adequate explanation, which is absent due to the formation of a new option. An example is the introduction of digital «colored» rubles. The authors propose to supplement the disciplines implemented at the university with short synoptic courses on the example of the Ruble-2023 course, which consists of a methodological minimum and a prototype of the concept of «money». The integrity of the course is ensured by the inclusive work of student teams forming the subject of research in the form of a project.
