Аннотация / Annotation:
Necessity of development of a reasoned strategy of fighting against corruption in order to solve this problem is shown in the article. Charecteristics of an optimized cycle of consideration of a strategy includes five stages such as: assessment of corruption in a state, determination of tendencies of its development, determination of system factors and the reasons influencing on them, a forecast of a state of corruption in future, development of a strategic goals of fighting. The cycle of adopting a strategy also includes five stages such as a content of a strategy, technologies of its implementation, approbation of a strategy, an analysis of results of approbation, optimization of a strategy. Cycles of implmenetation of a strategy and generaliztion of experience of strategic management are charecterized.
