Person of the physician self-realization in the context of the general cultural competence of the expert

The article considers the self-realization of the individual physician in conjunction with the formation of his general cultural competencies. On the basis of the literature shows that the development of common cultural competence is the basis for the development of professional knowledge and skills , and , ultimately , determines the professional and career growth of the future specialist. However, the majority of general cultural competence is impossible to generate a self- isolation from the doctor of the future as a person. Only the combined factors of professional self- development can prepare effective professionals in such a complex and important for society as a field of medicine.
