There are series of problems related to objective contradictions in the modern system of Russian education. These contradictions should be, because they can not be solved, but we can fight against effects. Contradictions can be divided on three groups. They are related to social, legal, ideological, cultural and spiritual life of a society. These contradictions are followed by problems of modernization. The problems are the engine enabling to move a social system to a new level starting from changes in a fundament and approaches to religious education.

The article covers a problem of training an orchestra bandmaster in conditions of pedagogic education. The author considers culture of communication as an important element of successful professional activity of a bandmaster. Therefore a communication process is a dominant of professional education in classes of orchestra conducting in a university. But there is no special researches in a field of development of communication culture of future bandmasters as a basis of their professional success, and it is theoretical, methodological, scientific and practical problem. A structure of development of culture of communication of a bandmaster includes: knowledge of communicative tasks, means, methods, stages and styles of communication and a complex of communicative properties and qualities of personlity.
