Necessity of psychologization of education is reasoned in the article. A concept ‘cognitive strategies’ is defined; connection of these strategies with abilities is shown. A structure of mastering process is proposed and necessity of definition of reproductive and productive mastering and self-mastering are reasoned. Classification of intelligent actions is introduced. The author’s concept of individualization of development of subjectivity of schoolchildren is considered. Reflection should be considered on criteria of productivity and constructivity.

The results of experimental research of individual abilities of knowledge mastering (a development potential) and progress in studies as a result of skills mastering in a field of changes of nouns’ case-ending based on methods of principles of a zone of the nearest developemnt, are represented in the article. It is shown that usage of ‘artifical’ forms of words on lessons is a productive method in supervising skills mastering and development of word-building knowledge and skills of children in pre-school age. Theoretical and practical results of work are discussed in order to use experience in a field of pre-school education.

Experinece of psychological, medical, social and pedagogic support of somatically safe children and possible ways of correction of their development in conditions of open educational space on experience of educational institutions of Krasnoyarsk and Krasnoyarsk Region in 1996–2010 is analyzed in the article. Specifics of development of a person and interpersonal relations can prove effectiveness of abilitation of somatically safe children by means of influence on social situation of development of such children.

Specifics of adaptive abilities of students at pedagogic university depending of the year of education, a form of education, gender and age charecteristics are discussed in the article. Methods, demonstrating a level (high, average, low) of students adaptivity at university, are represented. Each level includes three coefficients of adaptivity: social and psychological coefficient, mental and phisiological coefficient, and adaptive learning coefficient. Diagnostics of adaptivity can be used as instruments for methodic support of psychological adaptation of first-year students.

A training on determination of differences between productive and non-productive methods of interaction with subjects of pedagogic activity is focused on development of abilities, knowledge, and skills, which are necessary for starting and developing of relations based on psychological equality of all participants of pedagogic process (children, parents, administrators). A training structure is represented through following components: a training concept, concepts ‘productinve interaction’ and ‘non-productive interaction’, choice of methods of productive interaction with subjects of pedagogic activity (choice of complex pedagogic situations, analysis of methods of interaction, diagnostics of productive and non-productive behavior, demonstration of a productive behavior).
