The article is categorical analysis of the principle of development of contemporary psychology; discusses the antinomies and paradoxes in the interpretation of the phenomenon of «development»; a discussion of technological approaches in diagnostics development. Developed one of the key concepts of psychological anthropology - age-regulatory model for the development of subjective reality. This concept is a methodological tool and technological principle age diagnostics and design of the contents of developing education at different levels.

Annotation: This work analyses the results of comparative study showing preliminary level of psychological training of childrens graduated from both logopedic and main stream groups of preschools. The general and specific features in different components of psychological training for childrens with both normal speech development and speech disorders are shown. The relationship between various components of preliminary elementary school phsycological training for childrens are elucidated. General recommendations for more effective pre-school psychological training are discussed.

Results of psychological research of the contents, structure and factors of moral stability of the personality are stated. Data on a validity of a personal questionnaire of the moral stability (LONU-84) developed for psycho diagnostics of moral stability are provided. Theoretical provisions of work are constructed on the basis of S.L. Rubenstein’s philosophical and psychological theory and the theory of moral and legal reliability of personality E.Y. Strizhova. Criteria of moral stability the personality are theoretically proved and empirically confirmed, the system organization of moral stability is proved, its central kernel – personal meanings of traditional moral values is established. Communication of personal meanings of moral values of the person with his behavior is investigated.
