The article considers the problems of educational process in the multicultural environment of higher education institutions, including the key components of the educational process, requiring adaptation and change. The author considers the features of the learning process in different cultural environments, as well as the concept of the culture influence on learning processes. The purpose of this article is to examine conceptual aspects of the educational process in the multicultural environment of higher education institutions and recommendations for solving problems arising in educational process in a multicultural environment through international experience.

The Concept of Scenario Approach within Managerial English

The article deals with the issues of formulation and argumentation of the potentials of scenario concept and its application to foreign language teaching. Scenario approach allows to gather episodes, micro- and macro-episodes, harmonic gradual and spiral consolidation of which leads to the formation of the final global scenario of the whole of the author’s course. Global management multiple phenomena and spheres coverage and illustration of the theory help to create an extensive and integral vision of the world at this exactly particular area of knowledge. Imagery, associative, holistic and, finally, right-brain way of cognition and research representation is accompanied with the elements of a linear, analytical and left-brained reflection of the latter, yet with the dominance of the former. This approach is a reflection of the suggested theory novelty and meets the general principles of contemporary science: fundamentality, integrality and pragmatism.

The concept of emotional safety of the educational environment is entered. The theoretical analysis of mechanisms original emotions, the cornerstone of emotional safety is carried out, their communication with risk of developing of psychosomatic diseases is emphasized. Features of emotional safety of high school, a balalavriat and a magistracy are empirically investigated, is shown that degree of emotional safety increases in process of increase of level of educational institution, and the risk of developing of psychosomatic diseases decreases.
