The features of the «digital generations» (zoomers and alphas), which are formed in the information environment and have specific cognitive characteristics, are revealed. Special attention is paid to the role of neuroscience and cognitive psychology, which expand the understanding of the mechanisms of knowledge acquisition and the formation of effective learning strategies. The central idea of the work is the concept of transformation of didactics based on the introduction of assistant and conversational learning with the participation of artificial intelligence.

An empirical study revealed the average level of resilience among cadets at a Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs educational institution, the moderate nature of the components of engagement, control, and risk acceptance, and the ability to influence one's own life for the purposes of self-development and the use of accumulated potential.

The experience of developing and piloting the gamified simulator «Accreditation: clinical psychologist» in the format of a visual novel is presented. The simulator simulates a primary accreditation station and provides role-based immersion, procedural training, and adaptive feedback. The pilot study revealed a decrease in feelings of anxiety from the upcoming accreditation procedure, increased self-confidence, and a decrease in the number of errors when performing regulatory actions.
