Prerequisites of arising of a need to design and implement educational technologies of new generation ‘higher human technologies’ are represented in the article. An analysis of human and manipulative aspects of application of human technologies in modern educational practice is conducted. Psychological fundamentals of selection of these or those methods of manipulation as a mechanism of psychological protection and the most available method of achievement of an educational result in conditions of arising educational contradictions are considered.

Computer abilities of students and importance of their accounting in scientific and methodical support of development and application of modern e-textbooks are considered in the article. A nature of contents and ratio between special, creative, educational, computer, mathematical and linguistic abilities are analyzed. A term ‘e-textbook’ is described; a history of transfer from a classical textbook to e-books and a role of e-lessons in development of skills and knowledge, methodical approaches to computer testing, a place and role of e-textbook in an educational process are considered.

Theoretical fundamentals, contents and some results of a research of specifics of mental health of students are described in the article. There is a three-component model of personal development (personal, social-psychological and educational and professional blocks) developed by SRI of Psychology in the name of Abai. A content analysis of a character of interaction between the following aspects of mental health: a temper, strategies of stress resistance (copying strategies), a rhythm and individual style of working abilities, dynamics of a learning group, role preferences and personal and professional qualities of students is represented.

Mastering of literacy by children in families is made through different ways. So called home literacy environment (HLE) is one of reasons of such differences. But specifics are based on the question how family relations, family’s social-economic status (SES), literacy of parents all together and separately influence on development of these skills. SES, HLE and level of literacy of parents are considered as forecasting parameters for mastering literacy by 502 children in age from 7 to 13. Effectiveness of forecasting of a level of literacy of children is determined by parents’ parameters.

It is shown that mental support as a model of psychological aid enables include methods and means of psychological influence into human life and find ways for natural curing of soul, creating an environment that has rehabilitation and developing abilities and all traits of real life. Main principles of psychological support in existential mental therapy using of which in work with paranoid schizophrenic enabling to effect on social and psychological mechanisms of pathogenesis that are valuable in this case, are shown.
