Psychological security of educational environment at secondary schools in the United States

Аннотация / Annotation:
We study the objective and subjective factors responsible for ensuring psychological safety and mental health in U.S. high schools, as presented through empirical research. The data is compared to analogous studies done in the Russian Federation. The conclusion is that the level of psychological safety of U.S. high schools is comparable to the level of psychological safety of Russian Federation high schools. The differences between the two studies are related to the peculiarities of mentality.

Аннотация / Annotation:
The article proposes an integrative approach to the study of sex and gender developments of the integral personality of preschool children with high and low levels of development meaningful speech. In the study we have selected V.S. Merlin principles of systematic approach and knowledge of the personality of boys and girls in terms of diversity, multidimensionality, multilevel role-, ambiguity, functional invariance, nonlinearity, synergy and compensation, i.e. imparts individuality preschoolers signs big self-governed and self-organizing systems. We take into account that many-many links between different levels of individual properties may occur by, thanks to the mediating (System) function cycle intermediate variables, different depending on age, sex, living conditions, features activities and found that semantic speech, as a key factor that determines the development significantly, as individual properties.

The development of skills of personal time management of the students during the training of time management

In article results of training of time-management at students of humanitarian specialties are described. As an independent variable time-management, and a dependent variable – the personal organization of time acts. Two levels of the personal organization of time are allocated: personal and social level and personal and existential level. It is shown that personal and social level belongs to the organization of activity and includes planning of study, work, career, public work, social growth, etc. Personal existential level is connected with planning of life, including development and a growing of an organism, the birth of children, biological maturing, etc. The research conducted by us showed that personal and social level is connected with time-management.

The work analyzes the results of research on three sides of the recruitment process: hr-managers, applicants and representatives of employment websites. The purpose of the structured interview was to ascertain the relationship of each party to the ability of the applicant to undergo computer diagnostics on the job site, the result of which would be to forecast the level of development of professional competences and personal treats. It can help to organize the constructive competitive environment in the recruitment process, hr-managers narrow down the candidates and get their ranking; applicants to gain additional competitive advantages; the sites – to improve efficiency, increase sales.

The article presents theoretical and empirical research slice and subjective perceptions of happiness. In the theoretical part of the work presents the analysis of the dynamics of psychological perspectives to the understanding of happiness. In the practical part empirical cutoff subjective views of adults about happiness and their self assessments of happiness, in the differentiation according to gender, professional background and some personal characteristics. The results allowed to state rather expressed similarity of views of people about happiness in groups, differentiated by sex and profession (which indicates a certain universality of the category of «happiness» for consciousness and psyche), and to determine the specificity of these representations.
