Mental representations of students’ academic success: exteriorization effects

The most efficient way is to consider the actualization of educational success in mental representation system. Cluster groups of students who has an increase in the exteriorization of success with a decrease indicator of learning success have been discovered. Nonlinear relationships between mental-representational characteristics and educational success of students, as well as different effects of their exteriorization have also been revealed in this paper. These results represent the relevance of further studies and the development of psychotechnologies for educational success of students.

Psychological aspects of the phenomenon of recursion in mental activity

The article describes the phenomenon of recursion from a psychological perspective. An analysis of the definitions of recursion and its object is presented. The features of the recursion object characteristic of psycholinguistics, sociology and psychology are revealed. A description of recursive structures and processes is given. The description of the main forms of speech recursion and the conditions for the execution of cognitive recursion is given. The differences between verbal and nonverbal recursion are analyzed. Assumptions are made about the predominance of the cognitive component of recursion over speech.

The study is devoted to the identification of gender characteristics of the cyberactivity of the personality of students at the stage of higher professional education. The results obtained indicate that gender differences relate to the strength of the relationships between structural elements. The peculiarities of the cyberactivity of young men are most determined by the functionality of the Internet, the specifics of the tasks solved in it, and in girls, cyberactivity is more interconnected with the needs for regulating the emotional state and achieving emotional response.
