A problem of professional deformations of personality: modern researches

Аннотация / Annotation:
The article covers a problem of negative consequences of activities for a personality, professional deformations as a subject field of psychological researches that despite of its actuality are weakly represented in science. Specifics of approaches existing in Russian psychology and in foreign works within the frameworks of a problem field of a burning out syndrome are shown. Abilities of analysis of professional deformations within the context of studying a problem of self-actualization of a personality in a social and professional environment, a method of negotiations of personal inconsistency in professional growth are represented. Some parameters of professional deformations related to corruption of axiological guides of activities and mechanisms of a search of adequate ways of further development of an individual are set.

A procedural aspect of interactive teaching based on adaptation of students to activity of tasks solving is considered in the article. Dynamic parameters of educational activity such as summary coefficient of feedback – R, entropy of educational activity – H, educability – Q, labor inputs – N, and span time – T, are investigated on the basis of dynamic computer simulators.

One of versions of development of professional and pedagogic subjectivity as a feature of a teacher, who is able to recognize own and pupils’ activity, consciousness and singularity and an ability to make a choice and bear responsibility, is represented in the article. In conditions of internal determination of an action in situations of free choice development of subjectivity is based on self-actualization. An issue of influence of a teacher, who is able to create conditions or prevent development of pupil’s subjectivity through exchange self-actualization with education, supervision and formation, is discussed. An idea of subjectivity in education is oriented on development of conditions in a high school, which enable to finish formation of professional and pedagogic subjectivity.

A concept of psychological security is given. A classification of dangerous situations in activity of a state employee is set. A basis for classification includes a degree of emotional effect, repeat of general parameters of a situation, a degree of appearance of negative consequences, a degree of inclusion of a subject into a situation, continuity of a situation, and a character of consequences. A definition of a process of support of psychological security of a state employee is shown. Main components of a system of support of psychological security of an employee such as development of an effective cognitive style, information of support, learning of communicative skills, learning of designing and simulating, organization of a system of tutoring, learning of self-actualization skills, motivation of a specialist service are represented.
