Аннотация / Annotation:
It is stated in the article that a holistic picture of multiple properties and qualities of individuality of boys and girls in primary school age can be reconstructed only in a system research. Specifics of sex and gender structures of individuality of boys and girls high and low-motivated in education are investigated. It is set that educational motivation has a sex-gender-marked nature and influences specifically on development of integral individuality of boys and girls in their primary school age; low-motivated boys and girls have more expressed sex and gender differences than high-motivated children.

In a previous publication (Message 1) we have reasoned a project of training students through reflection and personal theories. We take as a basis ideas by L.S.Vygotskiy of ratio between education and development, ideas by V.V.Davydov of principles of organization of developing education and project activities in education developed by V.S. Lazarev. The Message 2 is dedicated to descriptions of implmentation of a project with inclusion materials got in dialogs with students. It is not a complete project but only a part including a cycle of explication and reflection of personal theories. The main content of a publication is personal theories of students expressing their representation of mental development of a human being and influence education and training.

Psychophysiological processes influencing on mental activity of tested people and specifics of their fingerprints are described. It is set that people having whorls in their finger tracery are more motivated to achieve a great result in mental activities. We can see dependence of a level of motivation to be successive in activities on original properties of personality. Stored knowledge, emotions and situational information have properties of functions got in a process of individual development. It is concluded that useful adaptive result of behavior depends on original and got psychophysiological functions.
