Illiteracy schoolchildren as a problem of Russia in XXI century

Аннотация / Annotation:
The article analyzes the reasons of illiteracy of schoolchildren. We undertook a research of the understanding of texts by modern schoolchildren of elementary grades. The phonemic  sound-syllabic method of literacy was proved to be inappropriate from the point of view of the age pecularities of pshycic development of children. We found out and studied the factors that determined the failure of the phonemic method of literacy in preschool and elemantary school period.

Opportunities and application problems in high school formation of ideas of the developing training developed in cultural and historical psychology and in the theory and practice of educational activity are considered. The idea of the developing training which has been set by tradition of the theory of L.S. Vygotsky, and realized in practice of education by D.B. Elkonin, V. V. Davydov, and also V. S. Bibler, is considered as a basis of the concept of high school training of students of pedagogical and psychological specialties. The possible version of the logiko-subject and logiko-psychological analysis – the procedures which need for creation of developing training is proved in V. V. Davydov’s works is described. Possibility of application locates in logiko-subject creation of the content of training of the methodological principles of a complementarity and compliance. Meaning formation in the structure of the teacher’s personality

Features of meaning formations are being revealed in the structure of the teacher’s personality. The empirical research established general indicators of personalization of meaning levels, it revealed dominating value levels of the personality of each participant of the research and defined corresponding indicators for the grammar school, college and high school teacher’s personality. An attempt of creating a typology of teacher’s personality depending on domination of various types of meaning formations in his personality has been undertaken. The problem of «a pedagogical egocentrism» is under revision, the importance of its solving for the task of highly professional pedagogical personnel training is underlined.
