The article deals with positive methods of mass education and training in the field of family in the psychological prevention of divorces and dysfunctional phenomena taking place in Russian families. The author’s emphasis is on strategies to work with a young family, as the most vulnerable to the collapse of socio-psychological education. The author examines the policies of work with a young family, in the context of mass psycho-prophylactic work with wide layers of the population, offering innovative forms of educational and training activities in the field of marriage and family issues.

Organization of continuity in English language teaching in primaty and secondary schools

The article studies the organization of continuity in teaching English language students in primary and secondary schools. In order to determine how effectively is the transition from primary to secondary school we carried out testing of residual knowledge of primary school students in the 5 “B” class in secondary school №17 in Yakutsk of Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The test results suggest that there are problems in the organization of continuity.

The peculiarities of the experiences of spiritual crisis among students with different levels of religiosity were investigated in the work. The results show that loneliness is one of the important signs of spiritual crisis among students. Experiences of this mental state increases dissatisfaction and lead to loss of meaning of life. Such qualities of students as freedom and responsibility cause internal conflict and emotional vacuum. Awareness of the sinfulness of their actions increases the degree of religiosity of students, the suffering, the fear of death. Religiosity affects the understanding of the concepts that characterize a spiritual crisis.

This article describes the phenomenon of the personality emotional well-being, which indirectly reflects the extent and intensity of the person’s involvement in the system of interpersonal relationships. Obtained in the process of the empirical study the typology of the personality with different level of emotional well-being confirms the assumption that the emotional well-being associated with the phenomenon of self-attitude and relationship to others. Personality with high level of emotional well-being restore it as state through intense social activity, and persons with low levels of emotional well-being stabilize their status due to the exclusion from the surrounding society.

The article proposes author’s approach to the study of problems of stimulation of labour of employees of modern organizations using gaming and educational technology, analysis of major conceptual approaches to the promotion of staff of companies on the basis of gamification, the theoretical analysis of the effectiveness of psychologists on the application of gamification with software processes of stimulation of work of employees. Gamification – the scientific and practical concept of efficiency. Gamification as a means to achieve job satisfaction of the staff of the company, enhance the level of professionalism, and ensure personal growth.
