The design of the forming psychological and pedagogical experiment has its own specifics at different stages of empirical research, the content of which and the features of the application of mathematical and statistical methods are contained in this article. The article contains examples of formative experiment design in specific dissertation research.

The article broadens the understanding of the specifics of the manifestation of susceptibility to the victimization behavior of schoolchildren and students, whose personal development takes place in different socio-cultural conditions. It is noted that the qualitative content of role victimization in both groups of subjects depends on the formation of their psychological sovereignty. It is revealed that the specific characteristics of the formation of a sovereign psychological space are clearly manifested in early adulthood.

The author substantiates the idea that the environment in which children play time determines the process of formation of urban identity, which is an integral part of the development of a healthy person. The results of a practical study of the urban environment friendly to children are presented, based on the UNICEF criteria on the example of Almaty. Recommendations are given for implementing participatory urban planning.
