The author of the article casts doubt on the effectiveness of pedagogical design at the stage of formulating a problem without the procedure for problematizing the personal way of activity.

The article considers the need for students to develop universal, metasubject competencies that determine their professional success. It was found that when using the methods of reflexive self-assessment and tasks aimed at studying and developing conceptual structures in the teaching of humanitarian disciplines, there is a positive dynamics in the content of intellectual and personal resources as a prerequisite for the professional success of intending IT-specialists.

Invariable and group categories of students’ identity in context of the striving for security

The results of factor analysis of students’ identity categories are presented in the situation of subjective feeling of threats which are external to academic and professional activity causing subconscious striving for security which is revealed in forming identity with dominance of invariable categories. The data obtained with the help of modified techniques “Who am I?” M. Koon-Mcpartland defines stability of students’ cognitive responses at the stage of forming identity, according to J.Mead.

The results of the study indicate the importance of addressing the issues of education and formation of a valuable human attitude to the living at different levels of education, applying new technologies within the educational process.

The article presents the results of a study devoted to the psychological readiness for work in an inclusive environment of speech therapists, speech pathologists, social teachers, psychologists. It is revealed that all specialists are characterized by insufficient readiness for inclusive education, a high level of authoritarianism and rigidity of behavior, and a low level of critical thinking. Professional deformation hinders the development of psychological readiness for professional activity in the field of inclusive education.

The article presents the results of an empirical study of the relationship between life-meaning orientations and adaptation of cadets of educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia to educational and service activities. On the basis of the conducted research, it was revealed that one of the main factors of successful adaptation of students is their meaningfulness of life, understanding of its meaning.
