A situation of modernization of a training and retraining system is considered. Ways and organizational forms of psychological support, which enable to develop a new system of training and retraining of teachers, are represented. The results of nine-year research, estimating effectiveness of the made changes and forecasting further development, are given.

Psychological specifics of development of structures of integral individuality of students having low level of development of creativity

Аннотация / Annotation:
Influence of creativeness on development of structures of integral individuality is considered; connections between neurodynamic, psychodynamic, personal, social and psychological levels of students as subjects of activity from the position of principles of mathematical theories of symbols are determined. A program of psychological support of development of structures of integral ndividuality of students having low level of creativity is given. It is proved that after a developing program there is qualitative restructuring of integral individuality of students having low creativeness, and they became more creative.

Organization of distance support for children having special educational needs

Specifics of distance support for children having special educational needs in Neryungrinskiy district of the Sakha Republic are shown. Experience of practical implementation of programs of distance psychological and pedagogic support of children and their parents by specialists of MU PMPK on the basis of a module technology is represented. Specialists MU PMPK developed a complex of measures for psychological and pedagogic assistance and support of children, which is made for improving abilities of education, increasing of a cultural level and socialization of children having special educational needs.
