Features of burnout among teachers with different levels of personal and situational aggression

The article presents the results of an empirical study of burnout among teachers with different levels of personal and situational aggression. It was found that the burnout syndrome are more pronounced in women teachers with a high level of overall aggression, aggressive motivation characterized by destructive direction of aggression and a high level of hostility, physical, verbal, indirect aggression and proactive aggression associated with the manifestation of power, and proactive aggression associated with affiliation. The results obtained can be used in the preparation of teachers and psychologists in the institutions of education development. Based on these results the possibility of developing programs for the prevention and therapy of burnout in teachers.

This article presents results of studies of social and territorial identity and representation of the image of a successful person in three groups of adolescents. It shows that musicians’ and psychologists’ image of a successful person is associated with their professional identity, and for scouts with their social identity. It was discovered that for scouts were the most important values of their peers and for psychologists and musicians a vital reference point is the older generation. It turned out that the structure of social space is defined by territorial and social identity.
