In work features of adaptation of seniors cadets in modern military schools, on the example of the Military rescue and fire fighting school of Academy of civil protection of Emercom of Russia are considered. These features are analyzed from the point of view of psychology and pedagogical maintenance of educational process, and also similarities of external and internal features of adaptation at the military personnel and seniors cadets (10–11 classes) are noted.

The article reviews the specific character of an interface between creative and personal qualities in a student’s personality structure ((based on a study of higher pedagogical education students); it also specifies how the awareness of such interface may help in organizing and performing the leaning activities in a higher education institution, especially in its group and individual forms using active teaching methods. The results of the long-term research presented in the article allow to identify several groups of students with different levels and peculiarities in exhibiting their creative qualities and to outline the ways for differentiated approach in teaching of each of such group.

This article deals with the problem associated with the using of psycholinguistic speculation, the conscious and unconscious distortion of information and terminology, the need for proper use of defined terms and definitions in defending an equity of the opinion. The author analyzes the research of both Russian and foreign scientists, sociological companies, resulting in a reasonably unreasonable use of the term «annexation» in the description of the processes taking place in Crimea in the spring of 2014. Instead, the author introduces the concept of «Crimean irredentism» and prove the correctness and appropriateness of its application against the background of emergence of ethnic conflicts.

On the basis of the analysis of social (ordinary) representations of students four criteria of kindness are allocated. Good – activity – as act of good to the person who is taking out judgment. Neighborliness – indirect criterion, kindness of the person is judged on his acts concerning the third parties. Good nature – personal criterion, kindness of the person is judged not on acts, and existence of positive lines of the personality (empathy, sympathy). Kind conscientiousness – kindness is judged after existence at the person of conscience and on experiences of torments of conscience for negative acts.
