In this paper, we examine the interconnections between values and hardiness in 73 girls aged 13 to 17 years, pupils of the cadet corps. The results show that the values of the soul level of the personality – communication, social contacts, recognition, respect, self-development and health are in the basis of hardiness. Internality, reflecting the level of subjective control of a person in different spheres of life, plays a significant component in hardiness. With the increasing importance of spiritual and moral values – love, compassion, care, desire to help, the responsibility of the person for actions in stressful situations is improve.

The attempt to analyze the negative impact of «soft» corruption on managerial processes in an organization which is reflected in the formation of psychological preconditions for mobbing (persecution) against competent employees and young specialists who are forced to resign at will is made in the article.
