Problem of xenophobia in education

Аннотация / Annotation:
In article there is an analysis of approaches to problem of cross-cultural conflicts in adolescence, which are taking place in school education. Also there are researches results of adolescent xenophobia manifestations in multinational schools, in particular, carried out under the project “Cross- cultural interaction and peace in Caucasia”. Results of empiric research images of “ours” and “others” coevals at younger and older adolescents are discussed in terms of the ethnic aspect and other reasons of. Concluded that the reasons for classifying coeval as stranger, which are causing collisions and conflicts in a multicultural environment are mainly interpersonal not cross-cultural. Feature of this conflicts not in ethnicity but in natural for these age stereotypes and preferences.

The paper reveals the peculiarities of creative strategies of mathematical problems solving by high school students who study in physico-mathematical, humanitarian and general educational subject areas. The results of the research demonstrate the dependence of the educational areas the students study and their choices of the strategies to solve mathematical problems, the article also describes the peculiarities of interdependence of general intelligence and mathematical abilities of high school students who study in different educational areas of specialization.

Features of structure of values and motivation are considered as a basis of psychological preparation and a vocational education of the expert of a fire service. The structure of the internal valuable conflict and tendency to risk at FGBOU DPO’S listeners “The Moscow training center of a federal fire service” is studied. Communications between a locus of control and features of structure of motivation and values are revealed. Specifics of structure of values and the general internalnost are defined as a basis of professional formation in system of training of FPS. Psychological bases of methodical implementation of programs of vocational training as a firefighter and professional retraining of persons of average commanding structure are formulated.

This article discusses the possibilities of constructing dialogic educational situations in the study of psychology students of psychological and students of pedagogical skills. The main objective of the article – the definition of language of design and description, in which are reflected two interrelated plan: educational plan of objectivity and educational plan of interaction. The description of the sequential scan of the educational situation, including steps, defined as the distance, throw and problematization. This is the initial stages of the education cycle, introducing students to the conceptual domain, in this case – the concept of the zone of proximal development.

The ideal image in pedagogy and its impact on the divergence of the pedagogical and educational systems

The article looks at the problem of the ideal image of a person which is presented to students in the process of education. The article shows that the ideal image is shaped by the traditional religion which gives guidelines to the younger generation on their way to perfection. The ideal image in its turn sets the necessary spiritual, moral and attitudinal trajectory for this process. The total of goals, values, ethical norms, content, forms and methods of education can be defined by a single term: the pedagogical system of a people. The state that creates its own system of education shapes a different ideal image which is in an antagonistic contradiction with the ideal image of Orthodox Christianity and other traditional religions of the ethnic groups living in Russia. The ideal image imposed by the state has been shaped under the influence of Calvinism which defines God’s favour to people only in terms of wealth.

On example of concrete company we picked out main components of the system of recruitment, evaluation and training of personnel, which are useful for the building up of human capital of the company. Moreover it’s useful for the maintenance of corporative culture of company. We represent the attempt of analyzing of the effectiveness of recruitment, evaluation, and training system. The point of view for these analyze was financial expediency, psychological well-being of personnel in organization. We argue that business psychology research can give new interesting possibilities for understanding of strategic development problems of company, including recruitment, evaluation and training of personnel in organization.
