This paper presents the results of an empirical study of anthropological characteristics of the dynamics of self-fulfillment of students’ life small towns and megalopolis. It is shown that the greatest «dynamism» of the life of self-fulfillment is typical for students with a positive modality of socio-cultural identity and a predominance of motivation to succeed. This allows you to respond on the detected possibility that have a value-semantic content.

The paper presents the results of an empirical research of the features of an adult as a carrier of educational needs based on the factor analysis using principal components. For the first time the typological characteristics of adults are correlated with the main characteristics of educational needs and peculiarities of working with them in the framework of counseling.
