The article presents a theoretically grounded results of implementation of vocational education training programs for representatives of ethno-cultural public associations of Russian Germans, held since 2009 at the faculty of psychology of Moscow state regional University. The high importance of ethnocultural education, the Russian HEIs with the implementation of the concept of polycultural education in the Russian Federation. The proposed model of interaction between educational system, through the implementation of professional educational programs of professional development, and the system of ethnic and cultural organizations, aimed at preserving the ethnic identity of minorities and the formation of etnograficheskoi positions of their representatives

The focus of the authors is given to the problem of formation of self-regulation of students in the MSTU. N. Uh. Bauman. Interrelation between the indicators of self-regulation and activity of students. The necessity of the introduction of different areas of learning self-regulation skills of students in the Universities. The study shows that specially organized psychological sessions affect the formation of the optimal level of self-regulation necessary to maintain the health of students while maintaining the level of activity activities.

The paper presents theoretical foundations and empirical results of initial evaluation of the effectiveness of the method of «progressive spiral» in the framework of the teaching course «Psycho» in high school. The investigation presented concepts H. of Cleveland about changing intellect continuum: positively increasing the speed and quality of mastering of educational information after the resumption (continuation) of the learning process (formation of a skill). The same hypothesis memory, based on experimental data, also noted in the works of V.F. Beech, J.B. Watson, etc. In their context it is clarified that the period of «neupaney» under the influence of intrapersonal and situational conditions continual process of remembering is transformed and improved. The article provides empirical evidence of the approbation by the author of the method of «progressive spiral» in University «B» in comparison with the learning outcomes of students in high school «A». The structural transformation of the training course and the change of pace and forms of teaching to improve the learning and memorization of information by students.
