Аннотация / Annotation:
A role of a principles of integratism in cognition of human individuality is described. It is shown, that a functional invariant is a key charecteristic of human psychology and by using this invariant we can solve existing problems in a research of individuality. Using the get results authors explain issues of psychology of polymorphic individuality, and the results and challenges of the research are represented.

The results of an experimental research showing, that there are groups of children, who have diminution of cerebral competences providing a psychological basis for mastering speech, are represented in the article. A necessity of creation of a diagnostic system and a system of work of preventive measures for optical component of diminution of cerebral competences is shown. It is developed a system of tasks targeted to a correction of a series of disgraphic problems.
