The author analyzes earlier published article “developmental psychology”, by V.I. Slobodchikov’s, specifying the offered terminology and discussing a correlation of processes of maturing, personality, character formation and transformation. Proposed model is a combination of these processes making development. In terms of this model and the definition of diagnostics offered by V.I. Slobodchikov the author’s typology of pedagogical diagnostics aspects.

The paper concerns the analysis of the specifics of seniors’ main inquiries such as request for prospect and resource management. As a result of high school study students develop their own personal educational program. The presented material is based on experience of the project work organized with teachers in Krasnoyarsk Municipal Educational Institution No. 150. The research reveals psychological and pedagogical conditions of seniors’ self-determination process on the example of implementation of design and research activity and social practice by school teachers.

The level of axiological ​​and cognitive motives in postgraduate student is higher than that of master student. Established: relationship between labor and scientific motives is more closely in a group of postgraduate students. Empirical data obtained allow us to conclude about the presence of significance motives of scientific effort at postgraduate student and his system of scientific motives is more maturity than master student’s system of scientific motives.
