The author identifies positive and negative aspects of the practice of implementation of video work in kindergartens, identified on the basis of socio-pedagogical survey of parents and teachers. The article reveals the possibilities of enhancing the use of ICT technologies in the work with various categories of family; defined the problem field and some approaches to implement effective practices to ensure safety of preschool children in legal and psycho-pedagogical aspects.

The formation of professional competencies such as: motivation to professional activity, communicative tolerance, the ability to empathy, adaptability and stress resistance, the presence of high levels of subjective control, possible in the conditions of the University as a result of the implemented complex technology of psychological-acmeological support that was confirmed in the result of a formative experiment.

Professional Identity as Factor of Implementation of Innovations in Higher Education

The article discusses the results of the study of the problems of innovation in higher education, associated with the professional identity of teachers. The problem is that, despite the wide range of innovations that are introduced in Russian Universities, remain beyond the analysis of subjective factors of innovation. Attention is paid to the professional identity of teachers as a factor of innovation in higher education. The article presents modern approaches to the analysis of professional identity, the selected characteristics of the phenomenon. Data obtained on the example of a specific University, which hosts an intensive innovation (research case study). The results indicate that professional identity is related to the attitude towards innovation and the behaviors related to the implementation process. The study is of pilot character. It allows to propose new approaches to the study of the role of professional identity in the behavior of the teachers (on the example of implementation of tasks the implementation of innovations in higher education).

The author proves the relevance and need for psychological work with young people, first seen in the use of narcotic drugs for non-medical purposes. The methods and techniques of working with this kind of contingent, examples of their successful application in own practice authors. The necessity of close cooperation with a psychologist by a teenager, parents, school staff, heads of various services for the integration of efforts to implement the psychological and pedagogical activity. It describes a successful example of psychological correctional work carried out by the authors of this article. The results of research conducted within the project.
