A probable approach to studying the devianological aspects of extreme psychology in the context of the concept of intergroup adaptation in organizations

Аннотация / Annotation:
The author’s concept of inter-group adaptation in organizations is defined by the theory and methodology of the research. The model of intergroup adaptation of specialists with various competencies, the concept of “landscape matrix”, a retrospective psychosemantic analysis of the relationship between professional competencies and intergroup adaptation have been applied. Sampling – 12 crews of firefighters 3 fire departments (organizations) – 36 people, and 36 employees operating in the fires of 6 production and trade organizations in Moscow in 2016-2017. The factors of landscape matrix of intergroup adaptation of firefighters and groups of employees of the organization, involved in extinguishing the fire, are revealed. Factors associated with manifestations of deviations in the behavior and personality of participants in an emergency situation. The typology of situations of deviant behavior is singled out, the directions of psychological preparation of all participants of firefighting are concretized.

It is shown the connection between the level of the integral index of abilities, psychological stress and personal anxiety of high school students. The experience of examination stress depends on the personality characteristics of the teenager, in particular, on the characteristics of his intellectual and emotional development. The stress experience are most pronounced if the teenagers had the average level of intellectual development and high personal anxiety. All high school students had the average or high level of personal anxiety. The teenagers who had average intellectual abilities they possessed high psychological stress index and high personal anxiety.

Coping behavior features of the high school students with different level of optimism

The problem of coping behavior in adolescence and early adulthood is sufficiently developed in psychological literature. However, the optimism aspect in the framework of this problem was not considered. The senior school age is saturated with various kinds of crisis situations (Unified State Exam, university choice, change of social development situation, etc.). At the same time, some studies (M. Seligman) showed reliable correlations of optimism and the success of educational activity. In this connection, the study of the peculiarities of coping behavior of the high school students in the view of the optimism presented in this article seems to be quite relevant for solving problems of psychological practice in accompanying a school graduate, optimizing the process of growing up, and helping in crisis and post-traumatic situations.

Peculiarities of perfectionism in the student age

The article deals with the problem of perfectionism, which is relevant for understanding the psychological and social development of students. It is noted that, perfectionism as a multidimensional construct, includes high personal performance standards, cognitive and interpersonal parameters. The peculiarities of perfectionism (level, features, types) in college students are analyzed. It is revealed that students have a high level of perfectionism, perfectionism is expressed, self-oriented, with age, perfectionism is manifested as a personality trait, girls are dominated by socially prescribed perfectionism.

The article presents the results of the study of the professional successfulness of 70 doctors of intensive care and emergency care. The original questionnaire of expert evaluation of professional successfulness of doctors, as well as methods of “Well-being in extreme situations” of A. Volkova, N. Vodopyanova and “Self-efficacy” of D. Maddux and M. Scheer were used in the study. The results of the research show that improving the performance of the doctor is accompanied by an improvement indicators of subjective successfulness – well-being in extreme situations, self-efficacy in the field of professional activity. However, the effectiveness of activity and self-efficacy in interpersonal relations are not linked.

The article is devoted to consideration of the question of diagnosis of the level of psychological stress among cadets of first year students in Putilin Belgorod Law Institute of Ministry of the Interior of Russia. Special attention is paid to identify stressful situations in school hours, are considered sources of stress. It is concluded that most of the cadets are confronted daily with stressful situations, but do not know how to cope with stress and apply techniques of self-regulation that can impede their adaptation to the training loads.
