Goal setting in the perceptual activity of preschool children

Informing about the ambiguity of images leads to increasing the number of reported interpretations among preschool children. In the informed condition, also statistically significant age differences were found in the number of interpretations, whereas in the uninformed condition there were no age differences. The results are interpreted in terms of personal goal setting.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the role of the structural component “Interaction with colleagues” in the General model of professional identity of the teacher, proposed by the team of scientists of Smolensk state University and Riga Academy of pedagogy and education management. The data analyzed in this article are obtained from a sample of 433 teachers from Russia and Latvia. The revealed correlations allow to judge about strong and problem zones of the studied component of professional identity.

The structure of the emotional modality of teachers with different strategy mislabeled

In the article the author considers the features of the structure of emotional modality of teachers with different strategies of meaning. The study found that for teachers with an active strategy of meaning the leading emotional modality is “Joy”, which is negatively correlated with the emotion of sadness. In teachers with a balanced strategy leading to the structure of the emotional sphere are “Fear” and “Sadness”. Emotional structure of teachers with cognitive-dominant strategy consists of emotions “Joy”, “Fear”, “Sadness”.
