Correction of violations of the structure of mnestic activity in children with different levels of intellectual development

Аннотация / Annotation:
The article presents the results of a study on the influence of correctional and developmental influences on various components of MNEMIC activity (motivational, operational, dynamic) of younger schoolchildren with intellectual underdevelopment, mental retardation and preserved intelligence. The results obtained confirm that the effectiveness of correction of all components of mnestic activity (motivational, operational, dynamic) in students with preserved intelligence and with SPD is directly dependent on the degree of preservation of intelligence.

The results of the research of thinking styles into studying the features of thinking styles and types of a foreign language mastering by high school students training in intensive and traditional learning environment are presented in this article. Interconnection of communicative-speech, cognitive-linguistic and mixed stiles of a foreign language mastering with different thinking styles are considered. The need of taking into account the profile of thinking and type of a foreign language mastering in individualization of high school students training is substantiated.

The authors substantiate the need for psychological and pedagogical study by the scientific community of the psychological culture of the personality of students as a resource for increasing the effectiveness of distance learning at a university. The article presents the empirical results of the study of the psychological culture of the personality of 1st year psychology students in the context of distance learning at a university. It has been established that “creativity” is the leading component of the psychological culture of the personality of 1st year psychology students in the context of a potential resource for increasing the effectiveness of distance learning at a university.

Features of perfectionism in students with different locus of control

The article presents the results of an empirical study of the features of perfectionism (types and levels) in students with internal and external locus of control. We also studied differences in the features of perfectionism and levels of internality in different spheres of life among students of different genders. Significant differences were found in the level of perfectionism focused on others and in the level of socially prescribed perfectionism between internals and external students.

Individual’s readiness for scientific activities

The problem of an individual’s readiness for effective scientific activity is identified. A definition for the concept “individual’s readiness for scientific research” is given. The structure of the person’s readiness for scientific activity is proposed. It is emphasized that the formation of the person’s readiness for scientific activity should be realized based on the principles of complexity, integration, variability, semantic context, professional intuition and reflexivity. Four types of the individual’s readiness for scientific activity have been identified and characterized: motivational, operational, technological and mobile.
