It is proposed to resolve contradictory and isolated problem of relations between different individual features of men and women through research of integral structure of their individuality. It is proved that integral portrait of multiple properties and features of male and female individuality can be reconstructed only in system researches.

Reflective position as a method to change contents of life self-fulfillment of teachers

The results of research of specifics of changes in contents of life self-fulfillment in the process of specially organized reflective seminar are represented in the article. There are three groups of respondents depending on reflective position related to contents of life self-fulfillment and life quality: 1) teachers, whose life and self-fulfillment is a personal reflection; 2) teachers, who stand on reflective position to their own life and self-fulfillment; 3) teachers, who don’t accept reflective position related to their own life. It is shown that reflective position of a person related to his/her life and self fulfillment set the dimension of life achievements and variants of life programs.

Motivation crisis of talented children as a barrier for personal identity

Problems of talented children related to their readiness to personal identity are considered. Influence of crises of talent on motivation of achievement as a structural component of personal readiness to identify him/her is analyzed. It is set that the most important influence on decrease of a level of motivation of achievements is a personal motivation crisis and crisis of creativeness.

Competence approach in eduaction: psychological and anthropological aspect

Modern positions of scientists related to competence approach in education are considered. Influence of psychological and anthropological, philosophic and cultural vectors of development of higher professional education are analyzed. Psychological and pedagogic components of general and professional competences are determined, and the fact that implementation of a competence approach in education should include a principles of a cultural dialog based on subject and sustainable development is set.

Potential of style approach to determination and resolution of actual contradictions of educational practice in high school is represented. Psychological fundamentals for development of cognitive research of organization of educational activity, oriented on development of a human resource, are proposed on the basis of analysis of style investigations data. Arising of individual and psychological specifics of cognitive activity of students in conditions of educational interaction is represented; an ability of forecasting of educational difficulties of students is reasoned; variants of resolution of style conflicts and development of style mobility of students as a condition of their academic progress are considered.

A problem of position personal identity of an adult in education processes is shown on the basis of three contexts: a paradigm of developing education; an issue of forms of social and educational unities, principles of their organization and dynamics of development; and a concept of ‘normal development’ of a human being of the specified age. The sense of cultural and being positions of a teacher and a student in andragogic process is shown. Specifics of positions of subjects of educational activity in various institutional forms of educations of adults are represented.

There are many contradictions in the group, which have various levels of arising. Mostly often we face to interpersonal contradictions, and contradictions between low abilities of a member of a group and high demands to its actions. Interpersonal relations can effect on interaction inside a group positively or negatively.

Influence of ethnic composition of a class on perception of a teacher

Basic results of experimental research related to learning of specifics of perception of a teacher by teenagers from classes having mixed ethnic composition are given. Analysis of the results enables to conclude that in mono-ethnic classes the most valuable qualities are communicability, and for children from mixed classes, good relation of a teacher to pupils prevails. Children in classes with mixed ethic composition less satisfy relations with teachers, and a nationality of a teacher is important for pupils in such classes as contrasted to children from mono-ethic classes.
