Tolerance to uncertainity and effective self-regulation students’ training

Аннотация / Annotation:
The article covers learning of psychological correlates of effective self-regulation training in a process of training of bio-control, and great attention is paid to analysis of tolerance to uncertainity. It is shown, that training, organized in a form of computer bio-control gaming, enables to make profiles of self-regulation of a person more effective; sustainability of get skills is proved. Relation between effective strategies of self-regulation and tolerance to uncertainty is set.

A personal factor as a determinant of amenability of children in primary school to stress, including interpersonal and personal anxiety, leading value orientations, self-actualization level, and a type of copying strategy, is considered in the article. A research conducted in primary schools of Elista-city was shown main differences based on a sex, an educational institution and ethnic factors. The principles of correctional work of a psychologist with children in primary school in a field of development of stress resistance skills are proposed.
