In the article from scientific grounds is proved strategic direction of students’ training in an up-to-date educational organization, which consists in the fact that the educational process of students’ training shouldn’t confine itself only to future professional activity. Not less important is support of the formation of an identity of a future specialist as a subject. The formation is a strategic aim of the modern higher education.

The results of an experimental research of specifics of texts made by 10-11-year-old children being in various psychological ages are represented in the article. Technologies of content-analysis and linguistic universals, that enable to study contents, a text’s structure, to find specifics of texts with slow psychological development, are used for a psychological analysis. Accents, that can help a teacher to make a correct conclusion for working with children’s compositions, are set in the article.

It is shown that vision of responsibility is changing together with changing of methodological positions. It is stated that responsibility can be considered as forecasting, decision-making, and solving the consequences of the made decision within the frameworks of the initiated idea, or an action to limit or stop arising accordance. An experimental research is based on personal differences with a fixed or non-fixed responsbility in a degree of openness set by a continuum ‘rigidity-flexibility’ in time orientations within the system ‘present-future’ and in productive charecteristics of life expressed by opposite poles ‘existential poorness-existential fullness’.
