SPECIFICS OF RESPONSIBILITY AND TEMPORARY CHALLENGES FOR STUDENTS HAVING VARIOUS LEVELS OF PROCRASTINATION

Аннотация / Annotation:
Authors consider procrastination as unpreparedness of regulative potential of a person expressing in unability to manage a situation as a whole. Data of two experimental series are generalized on the basis of a subjective approach and a concept of responsibility as a property of a subject (by L.I.Dementiy). Studying interaction between responsibility and procrastination on students’ selections demonstrates positive correlations of procrastination with dynamic tolerance, eccentric motivation, external factors and negative correlations with dynamic tolerance, stenic emotions and internality. Specifics of temporary challenges for students having various levels of procrastination expression is given. It is shown that there is a profile of temporary challenge with low values for Future orientations and increasing in such scales as Negative past, Fatalistic and Hedonistic present for procrastinators. These data enable to tell about partial loss or weak development of subjectivity and responsibility for people with serious procrastination.

The results of a research of connection of components of self-consciousness and copying-strategies of students in evaluating situations for exmaple on finals and employment are given. It is proved that these situations are similar to emotional and cognitive levels enabling to transfer and reproduce experience of negotiations in new conditions. In a process of life importance of evaluating situations for a human being increases; internal resources of a personality actualize.

Social Views of senior pupils on success having various level of meaningfulness

The results of a research of social views of success and conditions of achievement by senior pupils having various levels of meaningfulness of life are represented. Schoolchildren are divided on three groups by a level of meaningfulness of life. Reasons of predominance of a special level of meaningfulness of life in a set group are analyzed. Means used by senior pupils for decribing a concept ‘success’ and reasons of its achievement in life are represented. A comparative analysis of social views on success of various goups of pupils is conducted.
