A constructive approach to simulation students’ competences in a mode of FGOS VPO based on a complex analysis of contents and a structure of concepts ‘ability’, ‘readiness’, and ‘competence’ is proposed in the article. The given approach is implemented in dynamic models of professional compenetces of students studying on a faculty of pedagogy.

It is concluded that organization of playing in psychological support is one of the most important conditions of development of structures of integral individuality of children in higher school having a low level of will activity.

Adaptation problems and absense of adequate methods of their solving are the prerequisites of potential drug addiction by students. As mean of solving this problem there is a press conference on rehabilitation for university students. As an idea of the conference there is a principle of prychological prevention and mastering through simulation. Psychological needs of successful implementation of a technology on a first stage of preparation and during the conference are considered in the article.
